Use of soft rubber:
Is used in very cold water temperatures. As we all know, everything gets a little harder in cold weather. This includes the wiper rubber. To prevent the rubber from becoming too hard and possibly making the work unsatisfactory, the water temperature is balanced out by the thickness of the rubber. The soft rubbers are also well suited for structured windows.
Use of hard rubber:
Exactly the opposite of the soft rubber. Warm water temperatures prevent the rubber from becoming too soft, which may result in the result no longer being satisfactory.
Here too, the thickness of the rubber compensates for the water temperature.
