Characteristics
Alkaline, fast-acting kitchen cleaner for removing fat, oil and protein residues of plant and animal origin. Grasset can be used in cold and warm water. With corrosion protection. The product only contains ingredients that are approved for cleaning in food areas.

Product composition (according to 648/2004/EC)
Anionic surfactants < 5%, non-ionic surfactants < 5%, soap < 5%, water-soluble solvents, phosphates < 5%, alkalis.
pH value (concentrate): approx. 13
pH value (working solution): approx. 11

scope
For cleaning water and alkali-resistant floors, walls and work surfaces in food processing plants, e.g. large kitchens, butchers and slaughterhouses, dairies, cheese factories, bakeries, hospitals, hotels, etc. Also suitable for foam-producing equipment. Corrosion protection means it can also be used on anodized aluminum surfaces. Do not use on alkali-sensitive surfaces, e.g. linoleum, dispersion paints, etc.

Application
Before initial cleaning, check the material resistance in an inconspicuous place. Maintenance cleaning (wiping/machine wet cleaning/surface cleaning): 50 – 200 ml to 8 liters of water (approx. 1 – 4 squirts).

Basic cleaning:
1 liter to 8 liters of water, scrub mechanically, vacuum.

Foam cleaning:
Pour the product undiluted into the container. Depending on the level of dirt, select a nozzle setting of 1:4 to 1:10. Lather the surface. Rinse with clean water after approx. 10 minutes.

Removal of stubborn dirt:
Use Grasset undiluted from the spray bottle.

Notice
Work surfaces and kitchen equipment that come into direct contact with food must be thoroughly washed with tap water. Water at a temperature of around 40 - 60 °C accelerates the effectiveness of Grasset on solid grease stains. In the case of grease or protein deposits, apply Grasset in the appropriate application concentration (cold) and when scrubbing floors, apply hot water to the floor surface via the machine's lye tank.
