Characteristics
Alkaline, fast-acting kitchen disinfectant cleaner. Therefore also suitable for cold rooms. Removes fats, oils and proteins of plant and animal origin while simultaneously disinfecting. Free from fragrances.
Effective against salmonella. Also meets the requirements of EN 1040, EN 1275, EN 1276 and EN 1650.
product composition
The active ingredients contained in 100 g are: 2.4 g didecyldimethylammonium chloride, 1.9 g alkylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride.
Other ingredients (according to 648/2004/EC): non-ionic surfactants < 5%, organic and inorganic salts, dyes.
pH value (concentrate): approx. 13 pH value (working solution): approx. 12.5
scope
For cleaning and disinfecting waterproof, alkali-resistant floors, walls and work surfaces as well as kitchen equipment (e.g. ice cream machines, slicers, etc.) in food processing plants. Do not use on alkali-sensitive surfaces.
Application
Before initial cleaning, the material resistance must be checked in an inconspicuous place.
1 dosage = 25 ml
Disinfectant cleaning:
Wet the surface completely with cleaning solution (approx. 15 – 20 ml/m²) and treat with cleaning textile or cleaning device.
Surfaces and kitchen appliances that come into direct contact with food must be rinsed thoroughly several times with hot drinking water after the exposure time (e.g. 40 – 60 °C, 8 – 16 litres per m²).
In case of fat or protein deposits, apply blood oxol in the appropriate application concentration (cold) and after the exposure time,
