Dr. Schutz Secura hard sealant is a metal-crosslinked polymer dispersion for the initial care of newly laid or thoroughly cleaned floor coverings in commercial areas. The product produces a silky matt care film with good heel mark resistance. The dispersion protects the floor, reduces dirt adhesion and makes routine cleaning easier. The cleaner is suitable for the care film renovation using a high-speed process.
It meets the requirements of DIN 18 032 for sports floors. The slip resistance of the surface (assessment group according to safety limit values ​​by Prof. Dr. Skiba, Department of Safety Technology at the University of Wuppertal) is maintained in accordance with E DIN 51 131.

areas of application
Suitable for all floor coverings made of PVC, CV and linoleum. Application on polyolefin, rubber and stone floors is possible on a project-specific basis and should be checked beforehand.

Application

Apply a thin film lengthwise to the surface of the floor covering that has been cleaned after construction or thoroughly. When the care film is firm enough to stand up to foot traffic, repeat the process crosswise. The film should be left to dry for at least 12 hours, but preferably overnight, before the floor covering is used. Consumption: 25-30 g/m² per coat.
