Atrauman ointment compress with hydrophobic polyester tulle

Active ingredient-free ointment compresses made of hydrophobic, close-meshed polyester tulle with a smooth surface structure, impregnated with a neutral ointment mass whose vegetable fatty acids actively support lipid metabolism and thus promote the healing process; without the addition of Vaseline or other paraffins; permeable to secretions, particularly soft and easy to drape, does not stick to the wound.
The ointment contains: Ester mixture of natural, vegetable fatty acids, bound as di- and triglycerides.

Application
For the treatment of all types of superficial acute and chronic wounds; particularly suitable for preventing the wound bed and secondary dressing from sticking together and for keeping wound edges and the surrounding skin supple; particularly indicated in dermatology and for patients with skin and medication sensitivity.
