The washer: First you have to lather the window. To do this you use a washer. This consists of a carrier and a cover. The dirt on the window is loosened using the right glass cleaning agent in combination with water. Our washer is available in different designs. Depending on the product, they have a different water absorption (due to water chambers on the carrier) or a longer service life of the cover. Some covers have a special " PAD " for removing extreme dirt such as bird droppings or similar.

The window wiper: The heart of glass cleaning. The principle is simple. A handle, a rail and a wiper rubber . But the perfect combination of these components makes the window wipers from UNGER so unique. The angle of inclination, the rubber hardness, the rubber quality, the material of the rail and the ergonomics of the handle are all crucial to success.

The window wiper is used to remove the dirty water from the window. Ideally, this is done in just one movement, without lifting the wiper to achieve a streak-free result.

Glass cleaning products: Water alone is not enough to clean windows. Choosing the right soap/ glass cleaner is very important. Depending on the type of dirt, you need to choose the right product.

A moderate amount of foaming from the glass cleaner is also beneficial, as it allows you to see which areas still need to be cleaned with the window wiper. This is why many window cleaners simply use a classic hand washing liquid, which not only foams but also smears slightly, which has the advantage that the rubber can be pulled more easily.

Cloths & leather: With the right microfiber cloth or the right chamois leather, you can do the necessary fine work. Even the most thorough wiping with a window wiper can leave minimal streaks. These can simply be polished out with a cloth or leather.

Cleaning the window frames is also easy with a cloth. A microfiber cloth is a must-have for any window cleaner. It can also be used to dry very wet rubbers so that they don't drip onto the window.
