Glass cleaning - the basics you must have!
Let us start with the washer
The washer consists of a cover and a T-bar. Both tools are separate from each other so that they can be exchanged and replaced. The washer is used to foam the window and loosen the dirt.

In general, the washers differ partly in the materials, which, for example, have a different water absorption and cleaning performance.

Next we go with the window squeegee
To remove the loosened dirt and water from the window, the most important tool is at hand: the window squeegee. Some people just call it a "squeegee". But we'll stick with the window squeegee :-)
This consists of a handle and a rail. Both are separated from each other so that the rails can be exchanged. Rails of different sizes can be attached to the handle. Of course, you need to know in advance how wide your windows are. Only then can you choose the right rail. Please also note that working with lengths of 45cm or more requires a little more practice. Therefore, even as a beginner, you should only work with 45cm wide rails on large window surfaces.

The window washer and the window squeegee form the basis for perfect glass cleaning. But other tools and products also offer a perfect complement
The telescopic rod
This is where you can reach high up. A telescopic pole is needed especially for conservatories or other glass surfaces at a certain height. Working heights of up to 10 meters can be reached quickly without ladders or lift systems.
Our telescopic poles are made of aluminum, a material that ensures high tensile strength and low weight.
But which telescopic pole should you choose? First of all, you need to know what height you need to reach. When measuring or calculating, don't forget your height. The pole should be held at around 100 - 150 cm.
Then choose the number of pole elements. A 2- or 3-part telescopic pole?!
The number of elements is purely for transport reasons. The more elements the telescopic pole has, the shorter it is when pushed together.
The total length will also vary. Simply choose as follows:

The glass cleaning concentrate
If you watch the professionals, you will often find just dishwashing liquid. This is because dishwashing liquid foams well and has good sliding properties (for the wiper rubber). The foam serves as a visual aid to identify which areas of the window have not yet been properly "scoured".

Of course, any bucket of water is suitable as a base for the glass cleaning concentrate. But the fact that some of the tools are very wide means that the bucket needs to be of a special nature. Glass cleaning buckets are often rectangular so that the washer can be completely submerged, for example.

The microfiber cloth
It is not always possible to wipe the window perfectly. Small water spots or streaks can be removed in no time at all with a microfiber cloth. A cloth can also be used for pre-cleaning the window frame. The microfiber cloth should not be too "fluffy". This fluff could come off and remain on the window.

Last but not least: The glass scraper
The glass scraper is really a very optional product and is only useful for heavy dirt or encrustations (e.g. bird droppings). A very sharp blade with which the dirt can be loosened and removed. However, special care must be taken when using a glass scraper. If used incorrectly, the glass can quickly be scratched.
