This presents us with particular challenges this year. In particular, delivery times that are not specified precisely mean that we cannot always say 100% when the goods will be available in the shop.
We kindly ask you to excuse these problems in advance.
The right of cancellation applies to all orders. If you do not want to wait for your order, you can of course cancel the order. Please send us a short, informal email to do so.
We want to assure you that we are working hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. We understand that you too may face problems when you do not have the tools to do your work.
Due to a highly automated system, your order would be shipped automatically as soon as the goods arrived. Fortunately, we ordered large quantities of goods early on. Occasionally, goods can be shipped within a few days, or unfortunately, they can take 4-7 weeks to deliver.
